Mission statement
The personalities of the candidates and of the client-enterprise are as individual and unique as their needs and expectations. For us this means finding specialised, competent and fair solutions. We take time to understand demands, expectations and goals, so that we can compile a comprehensive analysis on which we base each customized service-programme, thus laying the foundation for mutual trust and a lasting, successful cooperation. This applies to candidates and clients equally. At GRASS we call this "person to person mentoring".
