«You cannot look into the future, but you can lay foundations for the future - for the future can be built.»

(Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, fench author and pilot, 1900–1944)

To take things to the next level in the business world compares to travelling.

My tenure with the tourism industry left an impact on me: Starting with my education as travel expert I remained loyal to the industry some 27 years, taking on multiple roles.

To get to know other cultures, foreign countries as well as its people fascinated me from early days onwards. Even when I was a child, I favoured to read travel guides. In addition to my personal passion, I profited from continued development after having started working with travel agencies: Corresponding with my broad interests, topics ranged from leadership and marketing to communication and conflict mediation. Building on my hands-on experience these skills helped me to offer the best possible service to “my” clients, in consulting them and finally jointly customizing individual journeys from “a to z”. This remained close to my heart throughout my career.

To date I embrace traveling and all its related experiences. It is at the core of my beliefs that traveling educates one, especially when it comes to social interaction: to meet and interact with people, coming from different backgrounds, broadens one’s horizon. I therefore value being in touch with clients, candidates, and colleagues alike. Being at other people’s service is important to me and I won’t rest until everyone is being served to his or her full content.

Presently I decided to utilize my experience and take it to a next level: coaching. At Grass & Partner we often meet people at a stage in their life, when they leave their personal comfort zone, when one must master changes in life. To take on new challenges requires courage, and I am happy to be part of a team that offers professional support during transition.

I am looking forward to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and candidates.
