«The key to happiness is having dreams; the key to success is making them come true.»

 (James Allen)

Aufgewachsen im Luzerner Hinterland, in einem kleinen idyllischen Dorf, träumte ich schon in jungen Jahren von der grossen weiten Welt. Ich interessierte mich von klein auf immer für die Menschen und ihre Geschichten.

Even at a young age, while growing up in a small idyllic village in the Lucerne outback, I dreamt of the big wide world. Ever since I can remember, I have been interested in people and their stories.

I completed my apprenticeship as a commercial employee in Wllisau, at the company which produces the famous Willisauer Ringli. Even back then, I had been in touch with different people from all over the world. So, after completing my apprenticeship, I went straight to London, where I was able to improve my English skills. At an international academy, I obtained two degrees having passed both the Cambridge First Certificate Grade A as well as the Pitman’s advanced examination.

Back in Switzerland, I was able to apply both my commercial experience as well as my command of English at several firms, while at the same time, it gave me the opportunity to consolidate my knowledge. Eventually, love led me to Berlin, where I successfully managed my small “family business”. The international flair of this beautiful city enthralled me completely, so I enjoyed, sharing my life with people from different cultures, working alongside them and further developing myself.

The longing for the mountains, my family and friends, lead us closer to the Swiss border, which has been our home ever since. It is here, where I resumed my career and where I was able to bring in my commercial experience and people-orientation to different companies. I have always worked in hub functions and possess a pronounced client orientation. In addition, I gained experience in the field of telemarketing and client acquisition, here too, I was able to achieve good results.

My interest in fellow human beings encouraged me to educate myself further in the field of psychotherapy and counselling. This advanced training opened many doors for me at various schools, where over the past four years, I worked as a pedagogical specialist with pupils suffering from Asperger’s syndrome. To experience how these young people developed into independent personalities by: support, coaching and accompaniment, equally fascinated and motivated me.

Accompanying people in their personal or professional reorientation has always been my passion. I am very pleased to be a part of Grass & Partner AG and to experience how these people start dreaming again and how step-by-step they achieve success.
