«To see clearly, it often suffices to change one’s perspective»

(Antoine de Saint-Exupéry)

The little prince had already captivated me as a little boy, then as I grew older I began to take an interest in Antoine de Saint Exupéry’s life. Him being a pilot definitely helped, then to this day aviation and its history keep me spellbound.

After studying at the Lucerne School of Business, where I specialised in marketing I started my professional career in market research at a renowned institute in Central Switzerland. This gave me a thorough insight into how the consumer goods industry works and the people behind it. My next stop took me to a leading consumer goods manufacturer in Lausanne. There I was responsible for marketing a large product group within Switzerland and Austria. Again I was dealing with many different people enjoying every single moment.

Being open-minded, three years later a head-hunter managed to convince me to move to Vienna, where during the next seven years I worked for the market leader in money transfer. I started off in marketing then moving into operational management for the leading regions in Europe. I was fascinated by the variety of cultures and dealing with all kinds of people from distant countries. Leading and coaching employees has been and still is an exciting experience for me.

After this interesting time I was open to a new challenge, as a result I co-founded an Executive Search Agency in Vienna, focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. Together with an international team we helped several clients fill open positions and to many candidates we were the main point of contact regarding their reorientation.

Back in Switzerland I set-up an internal Executive Search for a major Swiss bank as well as for an insurance company.

Now I would like to actively support you reinvent your career and to show you new possibilities. As Antoine de Saint Exupéry said – sometimes it often suffices to change one’s perspective in order to see clearly and to pursue a new path.
