My own quote is “New orientation is not a matter of luck”.<\/strong><\/p>\n After an apprenticeship as a machine mechanic and further training as a technical merchant, I moved into personnel consultancy and job placement after a few years.<\/p>\n For 26 years, I worked as a recruitment consultant, branch and sales manager, managing director, founder, and entrepreneur. In parallel, I completed training as a Marketing Planner with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, as well as a Federal Diploma in Sales Management, and numerous seminars and workshops on teamwork, employee motivation, and corporate management.<\/p>\n In 1999, I founded the recruitment consultancy city job ag<\/em>, which I successfully led as CEO. Three years later, human selection ag<\/em> for personnel and executive selection was also established, where I served as Chairman of the Board.<\/p>\n In 2008, I sold both companies and in 2009 founded work24.com ag<\/em>, which I also successfully built up and handed over to my partner at the time in 2018.
