The fascination for other cultures, languages and life stories has accompanied me since my childhood. As an Alsatian, I grew up bilingual in a locally rooted and at the same time internationally oriented family.<\/p>\n
My professional career began in the fields of business, foreign languages and communication. After my training in business communication, I worked as an Executive Assistant in a global logistics company based in Basel and later as a translator for renowned clients in Switzerland and at an international level. During a seven-year family break, I continued my studies, taught German at a primary school and did voluntary work.<\/p>\n
A chance encounter opened the door to the world of HR. I began supporting ex-pat partners of a global pharmaceutical group in Basel with their integration into Switzerland and the labor market, and continued my education as a Career Coach and in the field of HR management. This experience led me into outplacement, where I worked for a global B2B service company. At the same time, for several years, I accompanied students from the Sorbonne in Paris as they entered the German-speaking labor market.<\/p>\n
In my previous roles, I was able to use my language skills – German, English, Swiss German and French – as well as my passion for supporting people in challenging professional phases.<\/p>\n

As an enthusiastic hiker, I often see parallels between my profession and hiking: mountains, valleys, shady sections, steep paths or without a view – and suddenly the panorama opens up!
