Personal evaluation – in the sense of an analysis – is an assessment involving key questions relating to skills, successes, strengths and weaknesses. The result is a clear picture of future potential. The skills profile established allows you to clarify goals and visions of your professional options within the working environment you have experienced up to now or recognise the need for an external professional reorientation.
