Salome Bosch

“Colourful is as colourful does.”

Who says we always have to paint life in the same colours or keep walking the paths we have already taken? I am inspired by people who stay curious, question boundaries and discover how much more there is in them. Sometimes all it takes is a change of perspective for their own vivid colours to become visible.

Having grown up on a farm, my professional path led me out into the wide world: to the University of St Andrews (UK) to study Human Resources Management, and then to international companies – from Paul Hartmann AG and Amazon in Ireland to Hilti in Liechtenstein. For more than 10 years I worked as an HR Business Partner in strategic and operational human resources management. I advised executives, guided teams through demanding change and restructuring processes and actively helped shape the development of people and organisations.

The most valuable insight for me: behind every role and every career there is a person with their very own story.

With my training as a systemic coach (EASC), performance coach and organisational developer (MCV), I follow my interests and deepen my strengths. In 2024 I founded Salome Bosch Coaching, focusing on leadership development, team building, vision work and conflict resolution in times of change. I combine entrepreneurial thinking and solution-focused coaching methods with a large dose of empathy.

What sets me apart?
I love inspiring people and organisations at the big and small turning points of life. I am happy when people suddenly see possibilities again instead of limits. In my work with clients, things can be profound, clear and humorous too. It is wonderful when “That’s impossible!” turns into “Why not?” and the sparkle returns to someone’s eyes.

At Grass & Partner, I contribute my experience from international business, my consulting expertise and my enthusiasm for people. I want to encourage and empower people to consciously continue writing their own story – with all their rough edges, talents and dreams.

Because life is too colourful to paint in just one colour.
