The Program

Careers do not unfold as straight success stories; they are shaped by phases of uncertainty, failure, and personal crises. Furthermore, from over 25 years of working with and for executives, we know that careers rarely fail due to technical expertise – it is usually cultural and relationship factors that cause a break.

Our Leadership Development and leadership coaching accompanies executives through typical Leadership Passages, from starting as a talent in a new or first-time leadership role, an expanded C-level responsibility, in a new industry or a new company, through to challenging crises and transformation projects. Since we do not view leadership roles as a position or an achieved career goal, but as a lifelong learning journey, the focus of our work is on promoting the maturity of leadership personalities. Leadership grows through experience, self-reflection, and targeted guidance.

We take an evidence-based approach to our work and use established diagnostic instruments. At the center of this is our Grass Model©, with which we ensure that analysis, roadmap, and implementation are linked and that progress is sustainably anchored in the process. It is our conviction that this demanding work can only be performed by experienced consultants.
