Since our foundation in 1997, we have successfully supported hundreds of companies and individual clients in professional reorientation, career planning and leadership development as specialists in professional change.

Our mission is to support managers in acting clearly in complex situations, reflecting on their own impact and making decisions with substance.

As a neutral reflection partner, the sparring partner acts independently of internal dynamics, takes a strategic perspective in uncertain decision-making situations and promotes personal development in everyday management through constructive dialogue instead of classic coaching. Clarity in complex decisions, new perspectives through experienced discussion partners, relief and confidence in critical phases are the benefits you gain from a successful sparring partnership.

Sparring is not coaching. It is a collaborative space for reflection with immediate benefits for leadership and organisation.

Unlike coaching or consulting models, the Grass Sparring Model based on the Grass Model® focuses on:

Our sparring follows a structured process in three phases and six steps. Reflect – Decide – Lead: This creates clarity step by step, provides orientation and enables effective action.
