Since our founding in 1997, as specialists in professional transitions, we have successfully supported hundreds of companies and individual clients in professional reorientation, career planning, or leadership development.
We accompany executives and companies through demanding change processes. With our sparring programs, we create a space for reflection, decision-making, and development – at eye level, confidentially, and practically oriented.

Our Programs

Sparring is not coaching. It is a collaborative space for reflection with immediate benefits for leadership and the organization. The Grass Sparring Model, based on the Grass Model©, differs from coaching or consulting models by focusing on:

Our sparring follows a structured process in three phases and six steps. Reflect – Decide – Lead: This creates clarity step by step, provides orientation, and enables effective action.
