To come into one’s own during the course of life is one of the main tasks of humanity and has always held a special fascination for me. To me, the fact why people act in situations, decide or send signals, is a thrilling and key area of research. Accompanying people on their path through life for a while, exploring situations with them and activating their already available resources inspires and affects me.
My professional socialisation began in the field of nursing. As a trained nurse, I realised the importance of physical, mental, and personal resources for health. Life, especially the world of work due to its complexity, presents great challenges. This fact prompted me to learn more about the work-related experience and behaviour of people and companies, which I did while obtaining a Bachelor in «Applied Psychology». With a lot of leadership at the highest management level, I henceforth, incorporated the insight gained to the development of people and companies.
Until, one day, I suddenly realised that I was unhappy, disinterested, and demotivated! I noticed that I had become a copy of many others, hence I decided to pull the emergency brake. In doing so, my adventurous journey to discovering myself, my abilities, and resources began. Ever since, I have been exploring and focusing my wishes and goals with boundless curiosity and different interests. Key to this is being authentic and yourself.
To me as a senior consultant and coach, an atmosphere full of dynamism, curiosity, and inspiration for one’s own future within the employment market, is vital. I shall accompany you through the process of change in search of hidden talents and new perspectives. Henceforth, you shall face professional challenges in a strengthened, motivated, and unique way.
