Sandra Salzmann

Growing up directly on the Aare and as the daughter of a family business, I learned early on what it means to be service-oriented: to always offer the customer the best and to treat them like royalty. Even as a child, I stood behind the counter, pitched in, and learned to focus on the needs of the clientele.

After successfully completing my apprenticeship as a pharmaceutical assistant, I continued working in the pharmacy for several years. Subsequently, I discovered my passion for travel and spent a language stay in the USA. Back in Switzerland, I wanted to expand my administrative skills and moved into the health insurance industry. There, I was able to ideally combine my pharmaceutical knowledge with day-to-day business and was also the first point of contact for English- and French-speaking customers. My employer offered me various further training courses in professional customer care, from which I still benefit today.

Later, I worked as a secretary in forensic medicine. There, I encountered many fates, which taught me to set clear boundaries, to accompany relatives empathetically and professionally, and to maintain the highest level of discretion. In addition, I organized international congresses and deepened my medical expertise.

After several intermediate stops in different industries as well as time-outs in which I explored the world, I finally landed at Grass & Partner. The philosophy of this company immediately appealed to me, and I fully identify with the underlying values.
