Becoming oneself is one of life’s greatest tasks – and one that has always fascinated me. Why people act, make decisions or send out signals in particular situations is, for me, a compelling field of inquiry. Accompanying people along part of their journey, reflecting on challenges together, and making their existing resources visible and effective – this motivates and moves me to this day.

My professional career began in nursing. As a registered nurse, I recognised early on how closely physical, psychological and personal resources are linked to health and quality of life. At the same time, I became aware that the working world, with its increasing complexity, continually confronts people and organisations with new challenges. This insight led me to study Applied Psychology, where I engaged intensively with the work-related experience and behaviour of individuals and organisations.

The combination of psychological understanding, many years of leadership experience at top-management level and strategic thinking shapes my work to this day. I have had the privilege of accompanying people, teams and organisations through demanding change processes, taking on leadership responsibility and shaping developments. In doing so, it became ever clearer to me: sustainable change begins where people know their own strengths, values and motives and apply them consciously.

Today I combine strategic thinking with genuine humanity. As a Senior Consultant and Coach, I support people, executives and organisations through processes of change and development. Together we create clarity, uncover hidden potential and develop perspectives that fit individual strengths and strategic goals. A way of working shaped by trust, curiosity, personal responsibility and growth is important to me.

I am convinced that sustainable development arises when people have the courage to follow their own path. For those who know their strengths, live their values and act authentically meet professional and personal challenges with clarity, confidence and effectiveness.
