Stefan Hernandez is taking over the majority stake in the Grass & Partner Group, decisively shaping the future strategic direction of the company with its seven locations across Switzerland. Having previously been involved as a co-owner, he is now consistently expanding his role and sending a clear signal for continuity, entrepreneurial responsibility, and sustainable growth.
In parallel, Anca and Rico Domenig, the heads of the Zurich location, are acquiring a stake in the company. This commitment from within the ranks exemplifies the corporate culture at Grass & Partner: responsibility is shared, and performance is anchored entrepreneurially.
A strategic realignment is also taking place at the board level: Marcel Pawlicek is assuming the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors – a distinguished industry and leadership expert with international reach. As the long-standing CEO of Burckhardt Compression, he successfully shaped the company over many years, developing it into a globally leading provider in its segment. Today, Pawlicek brings his experience in strategic leadership, transformation, and international expansion to select board and advisory mandates, and is regarded as exceptionally well-connected globally. The board is complemented by Rico Domenig and Stefan Hernandez himself, who as board members actively and entrepreneurially co-shape the company’s further development.
The Grass & Partner Group will continue to be operationally led by CEO Christian Bartholet, who has already been steering the company’s affairs and thus ensures continuity and the continued positive development of the organization.
