Bringing the best out of people, so we can make a difference, every day.\n\nThe effective development of people and organizations runs like a red thread through my professional path. I work at the intersection of leadership, transformation, and cultural development – with international leadership experience, strategic clarity, and a consistent focus on implementation and impact.\n\nMost recently, I worked at Novartis Pharma AG as Global Head Novartis Learning Institute and Enterprise Learning. I was responsible for worldwide leadership and learning initiatives, led international teams and a global facilitator network, and developed strategic programs to strengthen leadership and collaboration. Working closely with senior executives across countries and cultures has sharpened my intercultural competence and my understanding of different leadership realities.\n\nPreviously, I headed the Personnel Development and Training department at Visana Services AG for many years. I was responsible for company-wide development programs and advised management and leadership figures on organizational and change issues. The combination of business goals and sustainable human development shapes my consulting approach to this day.\n\nA central focus of my work is the coaching and mentoring of senior leaders. I accompany executives in demanding decision-making, change, and reorientation phases – in a structured, reflective, and practical manner. I also bring in-depth experience in supporting separation and transition situations. Personally and from my own leadership responsibility, I know how crucial clarity, fairness, and empathy are in outplacement and bestplacement processes to create viable perspectives.\n\nIn addition to my consulting activities, I am involved as a Board Member, where I can contribute my experience in leadership, governance, and organizational development.\nIn my private life, I enjoy being active in sports and appreciate good conversations over a good glass of wine. As a “Bärner Modi” (Bernese girl), I am happy to be able to have a direct impact in my hometown again.
