It is with great pleasure that I return to Grass & Partner as CEO – a familiar place of work that stands for the highest quality in career consulting, leadership development, and outplacement. Together with our dedicated team, I want to further strengthen our successful market position, open up new business areas, and consistently develop our range of consulting services.
I bring many years of international leadership experience from industry, consulting, and management – particularly in the areas of strategy, sales, marketing, digitalization, business development, and transformation. My focus is always on the people behind the organization: leaders, teams, and individuals in phases of change.
My journey began in Eastern Switzerland, where I grew up and live today. After four vocational training programs in craftsmanship and banking, I completed a degree in Business Administration (FH) as well as international executive programs at INSEAD, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and in positive psychology at the University of Zurich. Additionally, I have experience in large corporations as well as family-run SMEs.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading about politics, economics, psychology, and philosophy. As part of a tennis-loving family, I am also active in sports, enjoy traveling, and cherish time with family and friends over good food.
Careers rarely follow a straight line – that is why conscious assessments of one’s position and reflective planning of the next steps are necessary. Accompanying people in such situations is my passion. I look forward to contributing my knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm at Grass & Partner – for our clients, their future, and the companies in which they work.
