«Life is a climb, but the view is great»

For more than 12 years I have worked in business support and operations, most recently as Deputy Head of Business Support at a leading HR consulting firm. My bachelor’s degree in languages and business, an MBA and several CAS qualifications – including management and leadership as well as applied psychology – form the foundation of my professional career.

I speak fluent German, English and French and have a solid command of Spanish and Portuguese.

My entire career has been shaped by a close connection between operational excellence and people leadership. This combination of psychological insight and leadership experience is at the heart of my motivation for coaching. I am particularly interested in supporting people through professional transitions with clarity, structure and empathy – a perspective I actively bring to my work at Grass & Partner.

It is also a great pleasure for me to contribute to the success of Grass & Partner with my experience in organisation, coordination and client care, drawing on my strengths in business support and relationship management.

I enjoy spending my free time with my young son or road cycling with my partner.
