Self-knowledge or self-clarity, in turn, is an indispensable basis for many things in our lives – for example, for good leadership, suitable careers, the right goals and thus overall for success and satisfaction.

There have been such turning points in my life. With a technical vocational training and a degree in computer science, I entered the fascinating and multi-layered world of project management and planning. The rich wealth of experience from the abundance of exciting IT projects and the postgraduate degree in business administration favored my next professional step. As Head of IT, I led the IT departments of two different industrial companies. I gained valuable experience in recruiting and rebuilding a complete IT team as well as in integrating the Swiss location into the parent company in the United Kingdom.

These and other professional stages have shown me one thing clearly: my fascination for people and their skills and talents. As a logical step, I trained as a coach (MAS Coaching FHNW). I then took over the leadership, development, recruitment and coaching of up to 120 employees as Head of Project Management at the largest Swiss telecom provider.

I live with my family in Bremgarten near Bern. My free time is dedicated to my two passions, sports and music. I am particularly fond of water sports.
