Accompanying people on their life’s journey, immersing myself in their experiences, and supporting them as a sparring partner to help them reach their full potential is something I find both enriching and highly effective. Understanding the background of human actions, decisions, and signals in various situations is not only fascinating to me but also of great importance.
I grew up in the multicultural and open atmosphere of the city of Zurich. My Romansh and Italian roots shaped me from an early age, as did the diverse environment, mutual appreciation and respect, lived openness, and constant positivity.
After graduating from a modern language high school and completing my studies, I gained valuable experience in various sales and marketing roles. Later, in various C-level positions, I mastered numerous challenges – both as an expat in multinational corporations in the UK, Italy, Austria, and the emerging markets in CEE and East Med, as well as in SMEs in various regions of Switzerland.

From product launches and market entries to the introduction of new services or reorganizations – the internal key to sustainable success always lies in the targeted composition of high-performing teams based on individual talents and characteristics, complemented by a clear leadership structure, transparent communication, and targeted coaching.
As a member of the executive board and CEO in industries such as tourism, aviation, coffee, FMCG, live marketing, and private security, I have gained a broad and deep understanding of the pressure that executives face today. This pressure must be managed confidently – both in the interest of the company and for their own well-being. This balancing act can be extremely exciting and motivating, but also demanding and stressful. This makes it all the more valuable to seek exchange, take conscious breaks, and regularly reflect on and question established practices and one’s own approach.
