My own quote is “New orientation is not a matter of luck”.

After an apprenticeship as a machine mechanic and further training as a technical merchant, I moved into personnel consultancy and job placement after a few years.

For 26 years, I worked as a recruitment consultant, branch and sales manager, managing director, founder, and entrepreneur. In parallel, I completed training as a Marketing Planner with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, as well as a Federal Diploma in Sales Management, and numerous seminars and workshops on teamwork, employee motivation, and corporate management.

In 1999, I founded the recruitment consultancy city job ag, which I successfully led as CEO. Three years later, human selection ag for personnel and executive selection was also established, where I served as Chairman of the Board.

In 2008, I sold both companies and in 2009 founded work24.com ag, which I also successfully built up and handed over to my partner at the time in 2018. After a detour into the real estate industry – with the founding of DUSCHLETTA.ch IMMOBILIEN AG – I returned to the personnel services industry.

I look forward to supporting Grass & Partner AG as a coach and sparring partner in outplacement, newplacement, leadership, socially responsible downsizing, and in the accompaniment of executives.

My experience from over 10,000 job interviews and interviews with decision-makers, combined with my goal-oriented solutions as a certified Leadership and Team Coach (CAS/IOS/ICI) in systemic coaching according to the St. Gallen Management Model, will help people shape their future.

Accompanying people specifically through change processes and leading them sustainably back into the labor market is my calling; at the same time, I support companies, CEOs, and HR managers in designing demanding transformation processes professionally, fairly, and in a socially responsible manner.
