Quote: “We cannot change the wind, but we can set the sails differently” (Aristotle) \n\nAs a young boy, I dreamed of becoming a professional ice hockey player. I was able to fulfill this dream for a short but formative period, but injuries at a young age prevented me from pursuing this sport professionally for longer. Growing up in an idyllic mountain village in Valais, I developed a great curiosity for the wide world early on. Traveling with the ice hockey team and my family sharpened my perspective on other cultures and people.\n\nI gained my first professional experience as an open-minded, cheerful commercial clerk at Winterthur-Leben (AXA) in Sion. Subsequently, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in IT and Economics at HESO. This was followed by “on the job” further training before I completed the CAS in Fundamentals of Corporate Management at the University of Zurich in 2013. In 2024, I added the certification as a Board Member (ZfU).\n\nEarly on, as a Key Account Manager, I discovered my passion for consulting, customer relations, and sales. Today, I look back on over 25 years of leadership experience – including almost ten years as CEO and co-owner of an SME. In addition, I worked for two international companies as Sales and Business Development/Consulting Director and led global sales organizations as part of the executive board.\n\nI love working with people and teams. It motivates me to promote and challenge talent and to combine individual strengths with common goals. As a networker and source of ideas, I develop clear visions consistently and sustainably.\n\nGerman, French, English, Spanish, and Italian, as well as leadership, business development, change management, reorganizations, and turnaround management, are among my strengths.\n\nDespite all technological developments – including in the field of AI – for me, the human being remains at the center. Successful cooperation arises through strong teams and the continuous development of every single individual.
